Get to Know Jamie!

I was born and raised in a small town outside of Pittsburgh PA. My father was an electrical engineer and loved wood working. It was from him that I developed my mechanical abilities and how to fix and repair most anything. I moved to South Florida when I was 20. I soon met and fell in love with the woman that I would spend the rest of my life with. We married in 1987. Together raised 3 children and are now blessed with 4 grandchildren. We spent most of our married lives in the Wellington and Loxahatchee area of South Florida. I did handyman work all of my adult life, helping friends and family with little projects. A job opportunity became available for Paula and we decided to say goodbye to South Florida and moved to Jacksonville. We really liked this area and decided to put down our roots and had a house built in the Bartram Park area. In 2021 I was laid off. While searching for a new employer, I continued to do handyman work around our neighborhood. I was becoming popular in our community and Paula suggested that I open my own handyman company. I thought that it was a great idea and in July 2021, JPM Home Services, LLC was officially in business.
